in '08, pirating was a huge issue and when you combined the already low sales of Madden on PC, it caused EA to decide against porting games over. Wrong, that's what you choose to believe. Last Madden on PC, madden 08 is still being modded and updated with current rosters and has recieved a graphics overhaul from the modding community. Thus we don't buy the next years edition, resulting in a sales decline. PC gamers aren't that stupid, instead of buying the next years version we would instead opt to download a roster update Via modding community.
Sprinkle on some new paint and a roster update, plus strip out features like draft combine/mini camp and sell it again for $60. Truth of the matter is they refuse to ever change much in the game. Originally posted by Nbc27:Declining sales and pirating.
